Cooking Club of BLIA YAD

Hello guys..
Yesterday 23rd July 2011 was the second time I joined the Cooking Club of Blia Yad..

We were doing Sushi Tei at OHOD's Studio..

Idk where shud I start it hahaha...
Mainly is the Chairperson of this club asked us to do Sushi..
Before,, she would explain the process n let us do it alone..

First time,, it's doing by a group..
1 group has 2 member.. I was with Cynthia in a group..
Both of us have no any experience in cooking..
So we just follow wad had another's group did,, they went to take the rice,, I also followed..

After take the rice into the big bowl,, we need to put "Cuka beras" in,, so the rice cant be so sticky when we want to stir it..
We mustn't press the rice,, just do as relax as we can.. Then after finishing stir,, we must try the rice whether it's sweet or bitter..

First time I tasted it,, it has no taste..
Then I put more Cuka,, it's still okay lar..
So the rice is okay rite now,, then we carried on doing the carrot, cucumber, mushroom, meat, egg, n paprika ahahahaha..
We removed all of the shells of them..
Then we cooked the carrot and fried the meat...

After tat,, we took the "Chi Chai" put in to the cetakan.. Idk how to say tat thing in bahasa, the that one to make the Chichai n rice become oval one.. HoHo..
Then, we put in the carrot, meat, cucumber into the rice,, then we covered it..

We forget to put the egg and mushroom..
At last, we decorated the dish of the sushi like Idk,, it's so bad...
I dont have any creativation of decorate the dish..
So I just put the meat above the egg,, and placed it in the center of the dish..
Then the sushi surrounding the egg..
So it looks like so terrible hahaha...

Some of them have put Mayones *dunno how to write*, some of them put the cooking spices, then we just followed hahaha..
They put the Mayones around the sushi.. I put the Mayones above the sushi, then that's why tat make the committee give us the point..

This is the first time I felt so meaningful of my LIFE from this 15 years..
I never hve a good partner like Cynthia...
We dunno everything..
But we try to do the best..
We r so less confidence.. But we r surprise when the committee said Group 1 n 5 is the winner..
Group 5 is us.. Ours is become JCtei.. Whre J is me JJ n C is Cynthia.. HaHa..

Really,, I wanna shout out all of my feeling yesterday..
It's quite interesting in Cooking..

From here,, we learnt out 3 things :
1. Say good things "說好話" where we need to say good things to out partner which is interesting that can make ppl interested in our cooking..
2. Do good things "做好事" where we need to do good things while cooking,, dont act like a crazy people,, like pour all of the mixture to ur partner's face haha..
3. Hve a good heart "純好心" where we need to hve a good heart while cooking,, if u r angry,, will ur food taste nice? But if u r happy,, I can sure that the food is really nice,, hahahhaha..

Having fun..

Yesterday I had no class bcoz it's Saturday.. HoHo..
At 2pm, I went to OHOD's studio to study cooking,, there's a Cooking Club there, also dancing, singing, n etc..
I just join the cooking one,, maybe I'll join the dancing one hahahha..
It's quite nice when I saw them dance..
All of my spirit is coming up.. HaHa..
That's the Power of Dancingg... Yuhuuu... (:

Then at 6pm, club was ended..
I went to friend's house by a trishaw, that's the first time I naik becak without knowing how to go..
It's quite scared haha..
But I didnt get panic...
I just wait n wait until wad will happen hahaha..
Then at last I arrived.. HoHo..

I carried on called my friends to open the door,, and the first thing when i entered is going to find PUCCI YAO. HaHa.. Do you know that who's he? HoHo..

I loved dog, but the first time I met Pucci, Im so scared to touch him, bcoz last time I'd chased by a dog,, n it's so bad,, haha.. So maybe bcoz of that I trauma hoho..

N my friends always asked me to touch him,, n it's really nice. HaHa..

Maybe Im falling in love with him now.. LOL..

Wad the hot news if a person fall in love with a dog hahaha.. :PP

A good day had come, it's another tomorrow which is this morning. HoHo..

Pucci needs to go to the Salon by every Sunday,, just now we r like a crazy people hurried n hurried to take a bath,, dont eat (just 1spoonful), n hurried up to go to the car alrdy..

This is on the way to the Salon Pets.. HoHo..

After Pucci went to the salon,, we went to TP to find some food to eat..

Then we went to fetch Pucci again..

He is so clean after taking bath.. 

R u going to date with someone Pucci? HaHa.. LOL...

Time flies so fast...

It's time to go back my homestay (7.30pm) just now..

I miss Pucci now.. HuHu...

Weekdays..

Hello guys..
Today is the third day of school..
I was came to Medan city last year,, last time I was homestay at MT.Haryono,, now I was moved to Sumatra where is selling a lot of food... But all are very expensive.. HoHo..

First day of school, it was introduction of some new teacher..
Second day,, there's nothing I would say..
This is the third day,, teachers are beginning to tell us some information about O'level which I'll take it next April of 2012..

I felt that there's a lot of rock fell down to my shoulder... Huhh...

Now is just the beginning..
It's still long to get to the top of the building..

Anw,, just study as hard as I can. HoHo..
I wont spoil my parents' face..
I'll proof it tat I can.. Jiayoo J!!!

Friday is the Chapter Test of Chemistry...

I was so stress,, just the first week then it got test alredy...
We shud chase the lesson,, bcoz we dont hve much time,, still need to study for O'level...
This year will be a hard year for me to pass... Hoammmm...

時間 - Time =))

我們知道時間是一直過下去的...
時間是不可能停下來的..

現在我們眼前看的是"我們是好朋友",,
可是你知道嗎?
一句"好朋友"會變成我們再也不想要看到的"敵人"..
這又為何??

他們(好朋友)也一起經過很多風風雨雨,,
可是就一次的不小心傷害到彼此...

"好朋友"這句話也恨恨的"消失"了..

雖然他們還是很關心對方,,
可是"時間"一過去,,
"我們在也不是好朋友了"

我只能說"我原諒你"可是"我們不可能再當好朋友了"..

這就是"時間"所因起的...

不要說是"好朋友",,
就算一對"情人"一起經過的風風雨雨還要長比一個好友,,
他們也會分手的只因為"背叛"(男生/女生)...
一年後,,
就算那男的要挽回那段感情,,
"不可能"了..
因為那女的也已經有別人了...

這不是誰錯還是不錯..

這就是"時間"的變化...

她是曾經被傷害過,,
可是人不能一直活在過去呀...





"時間會改變一個人..
時間會改變一個心..
時間會讓人走出"悲傷"這個字.."

記住:
一句"對不起不能挽回"你所作所為..

Wah!
Weekend is arrived rite now,..
Soon will be monday again hahaha just around 1 hour left.. (:

How do u feel about today guys ?

Im going to tell my whole day activity now for today haha..

Usually I slept @2am around this days bcoz of holiday..
Today is Sunday..
Even @Medan or @TB,, I still wished I can every weekend go to the temple.. HaHa..
I love temple..

Wad a early morning,, I was asked to wake up by my sister...
So lazy to wake up,, I slept again,, n she was shouted at me,, I was shocked.. She said it's around 9am,, hurry up!!! Then I woke alredy hahaha..Actually it's just 8am hahaha.. She was lying at me,, Im going to kill her LOL :P

Then I took my bath,, ate n hurrily go to the temple with friends..
It's not really fun here,, my Sunday Class at s3s is more fun than here haha..

Then I was back to home arround 12pm..
I ate, n watched..

Finished that,, I hve an appointment with frens to hang out to kko's house around 1pm..
Then I hurried up again to out.. HaHa..

At kko's house,, we just have fun..
It looked like there's no suffer in this world.. Haha.. It's IMPOSSIBLE..
I was never flashback just now when having fun..
Usually Im not easily to smile even laugh ahha..
But bcoz of kko,, my mouth bcome weak,, it's quite easily to open up my mouth n show off my teeth ahahha.. :P

From 1pm to 5pm,, we were so happy..
We watched horror movie,, first is "Death Bell 2" which is acted by Ji Yoon ; one of the singer in T.ARA..
Second is "Final Destination 4"..
Both of this is ho horrible..
I keep closing my eyes when watching this movie haha..
There's no "GHOST" there.. But the BLOOD is like a waterfall hahaha..
It's so frightening.. ==a

After watching those movie,, someone said "Go home iuc?".
Then we said "wait lah,, still early.."

Somebody want to play CARDS,, something like Jokers, Phak bang, Ang tiam, Okui n etc..
Then somebody is followed me to buy the cards..

Somebody opened up the door,, i was set off my motorcycle in..
N they all r going to play cards..

Kko n I was trying to switch on the speaker n Karaoke..
Yeahhh,, I love singing. HaHa..

Hello guys,, Im back ahhaha.
Just now while Im studying A.Math, I watched a movie,, it's kinda problem about happy thingy hahah..

So,, wad's Happiness ?

If there's a lot of money in front of u, will u be happy ?
I dont think so hahaha..
It's not call happy,, it's call "知足"
Sorry, Idk how to explain it in English hahaha..

Today will be my last day of studying..
And 2moro I'll be sitting at A.Math Main Paper 2 hours.. Oh nooo...
Soonnnnnnnnnn,, Im going to Sec 4 yeahhh,, *happy*
N next year I'll consider to go somewhere to continue my university.... *so quick

Anddddddddddddddddddd the happiest thing is,,,,,,,,,,,
Monday I'll be back to my HOMETOWN soon.. Yeahhh.... ((:

This is my hometown. HaHa.. *promotion* :PP

我很期待啊 Hahhahhaa..

But maybe I'll miss Medan City also. Hahaha...
I'll miss my teachers, my friends, my school, and especially my Sunday Class hhahahahah...

Time flies so fast,, it's almost 7.30,,
Im preparing for tuition now..

Now is term 4 of my school..
We have 4 terms in a year,,
Term 1 n Term 3 is the easiest term to pass, its only doing some projects..
Term 2 n Term 4 we must have a MID Exam and EOY ( End of Year ) Exam..

Week 4 of Term 4 now, we have the EOY Exam in week 6..
The teacher is so hurry to finish the chapter while our time is not enough bcoz we still need to hve UAN..

Every week hve test..
I almost crazy with all of this..

But I always said to myself "I can face it, I shud face it"
It seems "Only myself can support myself"
There's no one else.. Huuuu....

Here, there's no one can tell me wad can I do, wad shud I do..
No one will give me the solutions.

In here for me everyday is like a dooms. HaHa..
You know why I said like this..

Bcoz at here, i dont hve anyone.
Im nothing..

I just wish I can back to my hometown soon,,
Anw, next Friday I'll be there. HaHa.. *happy*

Huahh,, From tomorrow I must study hard..
Everyday is full of test.
Just hope time can fly faster so all of this will done in a quick time. HaHa..
